WordCamp Romania 2024

Organizing WordCamp Romania was a whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and a bit of chaos—but it was worth every moment. As part of the team, I took on several responsibilities that helped shape the event’s identity and ensure its success.

• Logo Design: Created the event logo as part of the overall branding.
• Visual Identity: Developed the color palette and cohesive visual style for the event.
• Print Materials: Designed posters, banners, flyers, badges, and other printed items.
• Event Mascots: Designed unique mascots to add personality and fun to the event.
• Website Design: Designed the layout and visual elements of the WordCamp website.
• Team Collaboration: Worked closely with organizers, speakers, and volunteers to align on event goals.
• Event Setup: Assisted with logistics and ensuring everything was in place for the event.
• Community Engagement: Interacted with attendees to enhance their event experience.

From brainstorming ideas to seeing everything come to life, this experience was as rewarding as it was challenging. Watching the WordPress community enjoy the results of our hard work made every effort worthwhile—and yes, I’d do it all over again (with maybe just a bit more coffee)!
