The Brief
Most Romanian travel agencies look identical for a depressing reason: they all use the same rigid CRM modules that force a cluttered, table-heavy layout. Tropical Tour had an aging site that was bleeding conversions. The owner (young, visionary, and tired of the status-core) wanted a UI that actually felt like a vacation, not a spreadsheet.
The Process
This is one of my favorite long-term collaborations because we threw out the “industry standards.” The challenge was forcing that clunky CRM data into a clean, modern interface without breaking the integration. No fluff, just a focus on high-quality visuals and a layout that lets the destinations breathe.
The Result
A bespoke travel platform that doesn’t look like it’s stuck in 2010. We’ve been working together for over 7 years, proving that when the design works, the relationship lasts.
Offline: Event Stand Design (Craiova)
In 2025, I took the brand off the screen and into the real world. I designed Tropical Tour’s exhibition stand for a major event in Craiova. It was a shift from pixels to physical space—calculating scales, sightlines, and how people move through a booth. It ended up being exactly what it needed to be: a brand corner that cut through the noise of the event.
