SVN Insurance

The Brief

SVN Insurance is part of the same SVN Romania family, which meant the foundation was already familiar. A new entity needed a clean, professional web presence that introduced the brand and its services clearly, without overcomplicating things.

The Process

The client came with almost nothing, no structure, no content strategy, no clear direction. I built the site architecture from scratch, worked through the content with them, and put it all together in Kubio. A lot of the work happened in the conversations before anything was opened in a browser. Sometimes the job is figuring out what the client actually needs before they know how to ask for it.

The Result

A focused presentation site: services, contact, about, live and maintained. I still handle updates and new content when needed, which is the kind of ongoing relationship that only works when the first delivery was solid.
