Add requests to your Notion board with a brief, references, and files. One or two active at a time, depending on your plan.

Receive your work
Graphic design: 1–2 days simple, 2–4 complex. UI/UX, development and QA are estimated per request. Revisions are included until it’s exactly right — always within the original scope.

Getting started
hoose a plan, click Get started, and fill in the onboarding form. You’ll get access to your Notion workspace within 24 hours and can submit your first request straight away. If you’re unsure which plan fits, book a short call and I’ll figure it out with you.
Primarily subscriptions — that’s where I focus most of my capacity. That said, if you have a well-defined one-off project that’s a good fit, feel free to reach out. One-off work is handled separately from subscription spots.
I cap at 3 active subscription clients at any time — intentionally. Every client gets real, focused attention, not a ticket queue.
Day to day
After onboarding you get access to a dedicated Notion workspace. Each request goes in as a card — include a short description, references, and any relevant files. The clearer the brief, the faster the delivery. I’ll confirm I’ve picked it up and keep you updated directly in Notion.
If a request falls outside your plan’s scope — for example, a Standard client needing UI/UX — I can either upgrade your plan or handle it as a one-off at the applicable hourly rate. I’ll always flag it before starting so there are no surprise costs.
Quality & revisions
I revise until the original brief is fully met — no limits on rounds. If the direction changes or new requirements are added, that becomes a new request and draws from your monthly hours. The original brief defines the boundary.
Revisions are included until you’re satisfied — within the original scope. If the direction needs to change significantly from the initial brief, that’s treated as a new request. The goal is always work you’re genuinely happy with, so I’d rather revise than leave you with something that doesn’t land.
Digital and UI/UX work in Figma. Graphic design and print in Adobe CC (Ai, Ps, Id). Development via Git repository. Source files always included — everything is 100% yours from day one.
Hours & billing
Each plan includes a fixed monthly pool: Standard 25h, Pro 35h, Studio 55h. At the end of the month, 50% of unused hours roll over to the following month — valid for one month only, and only while you have an active plan. If you cancel, unused hours are forfeited.
Work pauses until the next billing cycle. If you’d rather keep momentum, you can request additional hours as a top-up — invoiced separately from your monthly plan. Reach out and I’ll send you a quote.
Pause & cancellation
Yes. You can pause once per year for up to one month. You won’t be billed during the pause, and your spot is held for when you return.
Cancel anytime. It takes effect at the end of the current billing month — no refunds for the current period, but you keep full access and can submit requests until the month ends.
Studio plan
Design and creative direction are always mine. Development is handled by a senior developer I’ve collaborated with for years, and QA by a specialist I trust. For technical requirements, you may interact directly with the developer in Notion — I stay involved throughout and coordinate the overall delivery. No telephone game: you talk to the people doing the work.
React / Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind and Shadcn UI. Node.js with Supabase / PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM. API integrations. React Native for iOS & Android. WordPress / Kubio. DevOps — Docker, VPS (Linux/Nginx), Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, and CI/CD with Git. QA testing (functional, regression, cross-browser, pre-launch) is included alongside development — 2h testing per 10h dev, drawn from the monthly pool. Opt-out available at onboarding.
No. The subscription covers design, development, and QA time only. Third-party costs — Vercel, Supabase, domain providers, API credits, Apple/Google Developer accounts, paid plugins — are paid directly by you under your own accounts. I handle the full setup and integration.
Any bugs from code written within the original scope are fixed free of charge within 14 days of delivery, even if the active request is closed. Bugs identified after this window, or caused by third-party breaking updates, are handled as new Notion requests using your active monthly hours.
Agencies
Agencies subscribe and work is delivered under their brand — no purdeliu.ro branding on files, NDAs available, full confidentiality. Your clients see only your agency’s name on everything produced.
