The Context
Christian Tour is one of Romania’s biggest travel agencies, which means one thing for the design team: you either keep up or you fall behind. As the sole in-house designer, I handled everything, print campaigns, digital banners, brochures, partner materials, event stands, seasonal promotions.
The Work
The pace depended entirely on the season. Tourism fair periods, especially Romexpo, were controlled chaos: multiple formats, tight deadlines, high visibility. I designed the exhibition stand, all campaign materials, and everything in between. Outside of fair season, the rhythm was steadier but the volume was still high. In a single year, the output was substantial.
The work spans several categories: seasonal campaigns, digital and print materials for partner agencies, event and stand design, and promotional assets across formats.
What I took from it
Working alone inside a fast-moving company teaches you something no agency job does: you become your own art director, your own account manager, and your own quality control. That time at Christian Tour is a big part of why pressure doesn’t rattle me anymore.
