The Brief

Biztool had a major identity crisis. The old platform felt stiff and corporate, failing to connect with its actual target audience: young entrepreneurs and visionaries. The client needed a complete redesign that felt modern but with a subtle “retro-tech” vibe, a marketplace that looked like a tool for the future, not a relic of the past.

The Process

I stripped away the outdated elements and focused on a dynamic aesthetic that speaks to people who actually build businesses. Since it’s part of the Internet Corp ecosystem, the challenge was to keep the structural reliability of a large portal while making the UI feel fast and energetic. I prioritized a clean, service-first layout that makes searching for professionals feel intuitive rather than a chore.

The redesign successfully shifted the platform’s perception from a dry directory to a vibrant business hub. We delivered an engaging, high-speed marketplace that finally aligns with the energy of its entrepreneurial user base.
