Over the years I’ve handled product photography, catalogs, banners, and offline visuals for their physical shops, everything that builds a consistent visual identity across touchpoints.

The Brief

Eight years into working together, CiocolaterieOnline came back with a bigger ask: not just a refresh, but a full rethink. The site looked dated, the shopping experience felt clunky, and the business needed to convert better.

The Process

I worked from a detailed client brief, which I used as a foundation to propose a visual direction. Some ideas landed immediately, others were negotiated — which is exactly how a good long-term client relationship should work. No wireframes from scratch; the brief was solid enough to go straight into Figma.

The Result

A complete e-commerce redesign: updated visual identity, cleaner product browsing with proper filters, and a checkout flow built to reduce friction. The site is currently in final stages, refined through ongoing user feedback.
